Best Homemade Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This warm spinach and Artichoke Dip is a family favorite. It is my sons first request when he and his girlfriend are coming for a visit! And better yet, they like it even more the next day! I love a recipe you can make ahead of time. I can mix all the ingredients together and store in the refrigerator until ready to bake!

Simple, combine soften cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped baby spinach, drained jar of artichoke hearts, some garlic powder, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. I cover and refrigerate until I am ready to cook it.

What should you serve this dip?

I love to serve this warm spinach and artichoke dip with a good, hearty chip, like a pita chip. Of course, tortilla chips are a good choice too! I have even baked this Spinach Artichoke Dip in a carved-out piece of French bread. Using the bread as a dipping vessel! Serve this warm dip with one of my cocktails, like my https://letssipandsnack.com/cucumber-collins-drink/ or my https://letssipandsnack.com/big-texan-bourbon-and-grapefruit-cocktail/ and there won’t be any of this dip left!

Can I use Frozen Spinach in this recipe?

You can definitely use frozen spinach in this recipe. You just have to thaw it completely and squeeze all liquid out.
