Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe
This warm Spinach and Artichoke Dip is easy to mix up. It is so creamy and delicious, enjoy it with chips or bread.

- 1 14oz jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach or 1 (10oz) package frozen chopped spinach
- 1 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cups sour cream, mayonnaise, whole milk Greek yogurt
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic minced
Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/2 cup parmesan cheese for topping, until well combined. Pour into a shallow baking dish.Bake in oven for 350 degrees for 30 minutes.Serve warm with chips or bread.
Make-Ahead:
Prepare Spinach Artichoke Dip up to baking. Cover tightly with wrap and store in the refrigerator up to a week. When ready to serve, bake as directed and serve warm.
If you are lucky enough to have leftovers, cover and refrigerate. Heat up in oven or microwave.
