Smoked Queso
A savory smoked queso dip made on the grill.

9x13 Aluminum Pan
- 1 lb Sausage or ground beef browned and drained of grease
- 1 jalapeno
- 1/2 white onion
- 32 oz Velveeta Cheese
- 2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tbs Holy Cow Seasoning or any favorite seasoning
Add all ingredients to a disposable 9x13 pan.
Place on smoker at 250 degrees for 2 hours. Stirring halfway through cooking.
Carefully remove the pan from the smoker.
Stir again to make sure everything is mixed nicely.
Serve immediately with chips.
